Notes - Served for many years with the Cunard Line, and in 1932 was promoted to Captain of the liner "Bosnia". First R.N.R. officer to be appointed Aide-de-Camp to H.M. the King. In 1940 promoted Commodore R.N.R. for ocean convoys. |
